Christelle Ngnoumen

I am a behavioral scientist and doctoral candidate at Harvard University. My research program examines factors that affect decision-making as well as digital and mindfulness-based strategies for increasing intergroup empathy and reducing intergroup frustration. In light of my research, I became interested in applied empathy and in designing positive social experiences. As a UX researcher, I am motivated to help align people’s attention with their intentions, and to facilitate their experiences as they interact with various products including websites and digital applications.
